WHAT IS IMAGO?
Imago’s mission is to foster a deeper harmony with Earth for all people by providing educational experiences, creating opportunities for discussion and community building, and conserving natural areas.  Started in 1978 by two social workers, Imago is an ecological education organization that is rooted in the concept that living in harmony with the natural world is not only good for the planet, but good for ourselves, our families and our communities. Through our preservation of urban nature, our hands-on green workshops, and our education programs for youth, Imago is fostering an exciting, sustainable future that benefits us all.

MESSAGE FROM THE VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
My name is Samantha, I am program director at Imago, the nature preserve on Enright, just off West 8th.  I am reaching out because I want to invite Elder students to come and volunteer during our habitat restoration work days this fall.  Our habitat restoration program is a little over a year old. We have primarily been working with students from St. X and UC, but I would love to get students from Price Hill more involved.
